The information available on Audit Pro may include verified information as well as general information provided by users or service providers. Some information may be outdated or incorrect. Customers should verify important information before relying on it.

4. Contact Information

Contact details displayed on the platform may not always be active or accurate. Audit Pro is not responsible if a service provider's phone number, email, or other contact information is not working.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers should independently verify the service provider and service details before making any decision, payment, or commitment.

6. Payment

Currently, Audit Pro does not collect any payment from customers for using the platform or connecting with service providers.

• Any payment made directly to a service provider is between the customer and the service provider.
• Audit Pro is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or related issues.

7. Free, Verified & Pro

• Free: Free service provider listings may be available on the platform. Free listing does not mean the provider is verified by Audit Pro.
• Verified: Verified providers have undergone the applicable verification process by Audit Pro. However, verification does not guarantee their service quality or results.
• Pro: Pro is a premium/paid service provider category. Providers who wish to become Pro may need to complete the required verification process and pay the applicable verification or subscription fee. Pro status does not guarantee customers, leads, service quality, or business results.

8. No Guarantee

Audit Pro does not guarantee the success, approval, completion, or outcome of any service provided by third-party service providers.

9. Third-Party Services

Services provided by third parties are the responsibility of the respective service provider. Any agreement or transaction between the customer and service provider is at their own discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

Audit Pro may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users are advised to review the latest version available on the platform.
