2. Eligibility

AuditPro is intended for use by:

• Chartered Accountants and audit firms
• Authorized operators of audit firms
• Clients of registered audit firms

By using AuditPro, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration & Access

• Audit firms are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Operators and client access are managed by the respective audit firm.
• Any activity performed using registered credentials will be deemed authorized by the firm.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

• Use AuditPro only for lawful and professional purposes
• Not misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities
• Not attempt to access restricted systems or data

Amrithaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation.

5. Services, Billing & Payments

• AuditPro facilitates service requests, invoicing, and online payments between audit firms and their clients.
• Amrithaa does not control or guarantee audit firm services, pricing, or service outcomes.
• Payment processing may involve third-party payment gateways.

6. Data & Content Responsibility

• Audit firms are responsible for the accuracy of client data, service information, and documents uploaded.
• Users must ensure uploaded content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to AuditPro, including software, design, branding, and content, remains the exclusive property of Amrithaa.

Audit firms are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform during the subscription period.

8. Availability & Updates

• Amrithaa strives to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features, functionality, and versions may be updated or modified from time to time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amrithaa shall not be liable for:

• Business losses, indirect or consequential damages
• Service disputes between audit firms and their clients
• Data loss caused by factors beyond reasonable control

10.  Termination

Amrithaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
