👥 Operator Roles & Directory
The Operators directory provides a comprehensive list of everyone registered within your internal system.
- Identity Tracking: View the Name, Email, and Phone number of every internal team member.
- Role Designation: Identify users by their specific access levels, such as Admin or Staff.
- Status Monitoring: Instantly check if an operator is currently Active or inactive in the system
📝 How to Register a New Operator
Follow these steps to add a new member to your professional team:
- Initiate Registration: Click the purple Add New Operator button located at the top right.
- Fill Mandatory Details:
- Personal Info: Enter the operator’s Full Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number.
- Security: Provide a professional Email and set a secure Password for their account access.
- Location: Input the Address, Pin Code, and select the appropriate Country and State.
- Professional Identity: Choose their specific Role (e.g., Admin or Staff) and upload an official Logo or profile picture.
- Set Availability: Ensure the Status toggle is set to Active.
- Submit: Click the Submit button to finalize the registration and add the operator to your list


🛠️ Managing Your Team
- Once listed, you can use the Actions column to maintain each operator’s profile . Edit (Purple Icon): Update contact details, change roles, or reset location settings.
- Delete (Red Icon): Remove an operator from the system if they are no longer part of your firm.
- Search & Filter: Use the Search Bar to find specific team members quickly by name or email.
