Every request moves through a specific lifecycle. You can monitor these stages using the top navigation tabs:
- ⚡ Pending: New requests that have just been received and submitted by clients via the app.
- 📂 Unassigned: Requests waiting for an Admin to assign them to a specific Client Employee.
- 👤 Assigned: Tasks that are currently active and being handled by the designated staff.
- 📥 Submitted: Indicates that the necessary document submissions have been completed by the client or employee.
- ✅ Verified: Documents and data that have been officially reviewed and confirmed by the Admin.
- ❌ Cancelled: Services that have been terminated by the client, employee, or admin.
- 🏆 Completed: Fully documented and finalized services.

🛠️ Managing Requests (Actions & Reviews)
Admins and assigned Operators can manage requests directly from the main list:
- View Details (Green Eye Icon): Open a comprehensive pop-up to see the Service Type (e.g., TDS, Income Tax), Payment Status, and any User Uploaded Documents.
- Edit Request (Purple Pencil Icon): Modify request details, update subjects, or adjust internal notes.
- Collaborative Review: Assigned operators start the review process immediately upon assignment. Admins retain full oversight and can also perform reviews or document checks at any stage.

The Service Request Management module is the central workflow engine of the platform. It tracks every audit and tax task from the moment a client submits a request through the mobile app until final completion.
🔍 Search, Filter, and Export
To handle a high volume of requests efficiently, use the advanced organization tools:
- Category Filtering: Use the Status Tabs to filter by workflow stage or use the Filter Icon to sort by specific service categories.
- Date Selection: Use the Calendar Icon at the top right to filter requests by specific date ranges.
- Global Search: Quickly find a specific file by its FileID, Client Name, or Service Type using the search bar.
- Data Export: Click the green Export Excel button to download a filtered report of your current service request data for offline analysis.

➕ Steps to Add a New Service Request
- Submit: Save the request to add it to the Pending list, where it can then be assigned to an operator for review.
- Open the Form: Click the purple Add New Service Request button located above the data table.
- Select Client: Choose the specific Client Name from your registered directory who requires the service.
- Define the Service: Select the Service Type (such as TDS, Income Tax, or Business Audit) and enter a clear Subject for the request.
- Set Financials: Input the Amount for the service and specify the Payment Status (e.g., Unpaid or Not Set).
